Our Flooring Division offers popular and long-lasting polished concrete and epoxy floors, while our facilities Division provides cost-saving ceiling restoration, high dusting, final construction cleans, and much more!
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team.
Mission:
The Senior Project Manager oversees Division operations, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, P&L management, team supervision, customer service, customer retention and development, staff training, safety, and corporate goal alignment.

As a member of the facilities department, you will report to the CEO and leadership team. You will oversee a team of assistant project managers, plus project managers and communicate with customers.
Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Provide leadership and direction in facilities in both functional operations and business development activities
Own the P&L for the category and achieve financial and business plan results for the plan year
Support the CEO and his leadership team in providing the leadership necessary to organize the market logistics and aggressively develop a relationship driven organization
Manage key performance indicators, including labor, quality and other business measurements with a dotted line
Identifies ways to improve management of costs, continually improve margins, and drives sales and services to positively impact business results
Develop and execute sales plans to meet predetermined financial projections and goals, aligned with sales leadership to successfully execute the strategies as agreed
Ensure that the market is the most efficient, quality-oriented, highest value provider of like services in the market (Subcontractors/GC’s) by establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
Proactively reduce risk exposure and ensure implementation of measures to reduce worker’s compensation injury costs and security losses within the market
Establish and maintain accountability on all levels of the market; maintain positive Employee Relations and work environment
Support, coach and provide leadership in all areas of operations, sales, risk, quality and human resources management
Responsible for managing Project Managers, Production Managers, and Project Engineers.
Resolve site concerns for the owner or representative
Use the appropriate level of forethought and planning in decision-making to assure project success
Responsible for dispute resolution
Provide high level management of quality, risk, safety, and compliance for the project and team members
What You Will Bring:
BA/BS degree in Construction Management, or comparable degree—or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 8-10 years of experience
Working Knowledge of Procore
Working Knowledge of Pipedrive
Experience with GPS Time clocks
Safety compliance
Basic Facilities Knowledge
High-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
Current driver’s license
