Our Flooring Division offers popular and long-lasting polished concrete and epoxy floors, while our facilities Division provides cost-saving ceiling restoration, high dusting, final construction cleans, and much more!
We are seeking an assistant project manager to join our team!
Mission: The mission of the Assistant Facilities Project Manager is to play a critical role in facilitating the smooth execution of construction projects by supporting the Project Manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination, and upholding high standards of performance and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

As a member of the Facilities department, you will work alongside a Project Manager, and report to a Senior Project Manager. You will Assist Crews and communicate with customers.
Responsibilities:
Support project manager on all facilities construction related task for projects assigned
Assist in managing scopes, materials, equipment, and tools required for all projects.
Participates in project meetings with client, project manager, and construction team
Keep daily logs of projects in Pipedrive and Procore from start to finish
Assist in Ordering/Purchasing supplies within the assigned budget when needed
Support the scheduling and coordination of Facilities related tasks
Communicate all project and division information and documentation to appropriate repositories
Perform quality audits on project site and report positive or negative feedback to all parties involved in the project
Perform daily check-ins with Crews to ensure projects are running smoothly on time, and within budget.
Responsible for all labor needs for your respective division. This includes Hire/Fire, qualifying labor, issuing write-ups, training crew leaders, collecting timesheets, properly collecting/filing all new hire paperwork in a timely manner.
Manage crew timesheets using Mobiclocks
Daily Audits in Samsara to ensure driving safety
What You Will Bring:
BA/BS degree in Construction Management, or comparable degree—or equivalent work experience required.
Working Knowledge of Procore
Working Knowledge of Pipedrive
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
Valid Driver's License
Samsara preferred but not necessary
Mobiclocks or similar time clocks preferred but not necessary
Safety Compliance
Basic Facilities knowledge
