We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Production Manager to oversee daily field operations across multiple commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring crews execute work efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, scheduling, and workflow management skills and can proactively address challenges to keep production on track.
Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple active job sites.
Create and maintain production schedules and work plans to align with project milestones.
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to optimize daily output.
Monitor progress against targets and resolve issues impacting productivity or timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify scope, progress, safety, and quality.
Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Track labor hours and daily progress reports to support billing and forecasting.
Hold crews accountable for performance, safety, and quality expectations.
Participate in daily or weekly production meetings to report updates and coordinate next steps.
Benefits:
5+ years of experience in construction supervision, field operations, or production management.
Proven experience managing crews and coordinating daily jobsite activities.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling tools, and sequencing of trades.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
OSHA 30 or other safety certifications preferred.
Majority of time spent in office managing active projects remotely.
Must be able to make and receive phone calls after regular office hours depending on project schedule. (Evenings & Weekends) Note: Majority of our projects are performed overnight.
Travel to multiple sites within a geographic region may be required.
