We are seeking a new Concrete polish and Epoxy installer to join our team.

  • As a member of the Floors department, you will work with a crew lead and field supervisor.

What You Will Do:

  • Use hand and power tools to prepare and polish concrete for final finishing.
  • Apply finishes, sealants, and coatings to enhance durability and appearance.
  • Collaborate with crew members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Always adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Produces quality work to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains all USA Renovations equipment used on-site or off-site (truck, trailer, and equipment service, repair, cleaning)
  • Able to lift 10lbs plus more when needed
  • Must be willing to Travel to jobsites locally, across the country on weekends and holidays.

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

  • High School or GED
  • Epoxy installation experience.
  • Concrete polish experience
  • Safety Compliance
  • Basic construction tools and equipment knowledge

Salary range for this position is $18 - $24 per hour depending on skill level.
Per Diem: $30 a day while traveling
